1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through MELAN’s online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
MELAN offers skincare products that comply with the EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Ingredients are clearly listed on packaging and on the website.
Minor variations in colour or scent may occur due to natural ingredients.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout.
Orders are processed once the payment is successfully completed.
4. Shipping
Orders within the EU are shipped through trusted carriers.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times vary per country. A tracking link is provided once the order is dispatched.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
Due to hygiene standards, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
To exercise this right, customers must notify MELAN via email at info@melanbeauty.nl.
6. Returns
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must report this within 48 hours of delivery.
MELAN will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
8. Delivery Issues
MELAN is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or factors outside our control.
If a parcel is lost, MELAN will follow the carrier’s investigation procedure.
9. Personal Data
All personal data is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customer information is used solely to process orders or provide customer service.
10. Liability
MELAN is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of products.
All content on the website is provided with care but may contain typographical or factual errors.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
